Mr. Taylor became a senior advisor to CD&R in 2022. He most recently served as Procter & Gamble’s (P&G’s) Chairman, President & CEO from 2015 to 2021. Prior to becoming CEO, he was group president of P&G’s Global Beauty, Grooming and Health Care sectors. He also led P&G’s Family Care and Home Care businesses. In all, Mr. Taylor spent 40 years with P&G in a variety of senior executive positions. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Delta Air Lines, Chairman of the Board of Radio Systems Corporation and board member of Nexii, a sustainable building products company. He served as the Chairman of The Alliance to End Plastic Waste, a CEO-led, cross value chain initiative to advance solutions to eliminate unmanaged plastic waste in the environment. He also served on the boards of the U.S.-China Business Council and Catalyst. He is a member of the Duke University Board of Trustees and Emeritus member of the Board of Visitors at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
