As Chief Information Officer, Peter oversees all technology and data systems across all PetSafe Brands business functions. Peter's leadership is integral to enhancing the customer experience and advancing the company's mission to help people keep their pets happy, healthy and safe. Highlights of Peter's experience before joining PetSafe Brands include over five years as Vice President of Customer Experience (Digital Technology) at Foot Locker, Inc., where he spearheaded a global customer experience transformation across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. In this role, Peter managed a team of more than 250 professionals and a $30 million annual budget. His work focused on driving omnichannel innovation, operational excellence and digital growth in the retail and e-commerce sectors. Before Foot Locker, Peter spent nine years at Sears as Senior Director of Engineering for Sears and Kmart. During his tenure, he led a transformative agenda that revolutionized the omnichannel customer experience across multiple retail brands. Overseeing a global team of more than 800 engineers, Peter implemented strategic technology integrations and developed innovative programs to enhance customer engagement and streamline operational efficiency in the e-commerce space. Earlier in his career, Peter served over seven years at 20th Century Studios, where he took on various leadership roles like Manager of Web Services, Lead Architect and Lead Software Engineer. He worked hand-in-hand with senior executives to design, launch and manage essential business applications that supported areas like finance, production, distribution and marketing. His work made a lasting impact, streamlining key business processes and boosting efficiency across the organization. Peter earned his degree in Communications from the University of Georgia, equipping him with a unique ability to combine technical expertise with a people-focused approach to leadership. Beyond his professional achievements, Peter is committed to philanthropy. He actively supports organizations that assist children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, inspired by personal experiences with family and friends. Additionally, Peter is passionate about youth sports, dedicating his time to coaching his sons' teams and fostering a love for physical activity and teamwork. In his personal time, Peter enjoys playing guitar and spending quality time with his family. He lives with his wife, their two sons and their two beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Lilo and Meeko, who truly rule the house.
