The Thought Leadership group is a professional “Pet Expert” community, consisting of behaviorists, trainers, professors, and veterinarians. By providing their collective knowledge of pet behaviors, training needs and lifestyle solutions, this community helps us properly evaluate product concepts, improve existing products and services, and continue to further enrich the relationship between pets and pet parents.
This group is lead and managed by the RSC Innovations team, who focuses primarily on projects that have a high customer need with unpredictable outcomes.

Continued exploration and evaluation of pet behaviors to tell us how we can help pet parents recognize and understand those behaviors.
Studying the effectiveness of new concepts in pet training.
Exploratory Research in methods to measure hear rate, respiratory rate, temperature and activity levels and the development of this data.
Ways we can help our pets work through separation, storms, loud noises, and more.
